My wife loved this mattress from day one. I prefer a soft mattress so my first couple of nights were not great. Of course having had back surgery two weeks prior to the arrival of the mattress might (sarcasm) have played a roll. I gave it a week and could not be happier!! I am sleeping better than I have in years.

It was exactly as described. It arrived as promised and it was easy to unpack. It was comfortable to sleep on.

This was the easiest process of buying a mattress. Arriving in a box is so much better than hauling! After just the first night, I knew I'd be keeping my Tuft & Needle. Although, I've had to adjust my alarm volume, because I found I tend to sleep through it now because I'm sleeping so soundly! ;-)

Mattress came in 2 days, I didn't have to be home for the delivery. I followed the video and unpacked it easily. It is a really comfortable mattress. The price was good, too. Totally painless experience.
