My neck/shoulder pain is significantly worse with this mattress. We are very seriously considering returning it if issue does not abate within the next week.

the ordering was smooth, the delivery was fast and the product was in perfect condition. I'm not sure if the firmness is to my back's (or my husbands) liking. We are still deciding on that.

My husband loves the mattress but I just can't seem to get comfortable. It's way too firm for my taste and I spend the night rolling from one side to the other because I wake up with a sore hip and neck every few hours. I'm really trying to get used to it but I'm not sure we are going to stick with this mattress.

This bed is co comfy! And the price of it still amazes me. If you're thinking about getting one, definitely do it. You will not regret it.

It's a very firm mattress and not everyone likes firm mattresses. I think if they had choices of firmness it could be better. Although that would mean you would probably get more mattresses sent back. I think if I could have a mattress that is also firm on one side and a little less firm on the other since my wife likes a softer mattress it would be a 10 but other than that I think its been convenient and good enough for a mattress.

I am very happy with this mattress so far - but I have only had it for a little over a week - so I am just waiting to make sure it holds up
