The ordering, delivery process and packaging was excellent. We like the mattress so far but haven't gotten used to it - it still feels a bit hard and as such haven't decided if it is the ideal fit for us.

This bed is amazing! Once I got it up on a slatted frame, I began sleeping deeper and waking up completely rejuvenated. I recommend it to everyone!

Because this mattress is the first one I have bought that I slept well on the very first night! I love this mattress! I kept the box in case I had to return! But that is not happening! I have bought in the last few years two other mattresses and gave one away and one in my spare room! This one is going no where! Thank you tuft and needle for a wonderful mattress!

Mattress is pretty firm, although it does seem to be getting more comfortable with time. So far my experience has been just, meh. Don't love it, don't hate it.

Love T&N! Everything about the easy ordering process, value/price/quality, easy delivery and set-up, and hey now is this the perfect mattress for me. I can see how it could fit many different levels of comfort needs for different kinds of sleepers. But the coolness of the foam, plus the very supportive nature is just what I need without throwing me (and my curves) out of whack. You can't beat this.
