The entire process was easy and quick. Appreciate the warranty but probably won't need it! Love my new sleep experience and my wife can't stop talking about our new "best friend!"

Bought another a few months later - very comfortable and I was a skeptic. The only drawback I see is if you are older the edges of the bed do not facilitate pushing yourself off the bed from a seated position - it helps if the actual bed frame is not too high. Some frames have an edge and that is helpful too.

Shipping was incredibly fast - I ordered on a Friday and received on a Monday. Instructions for set up were extremely easy to follow. After the first night of sleep I felt extremely well-rested; I’m not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination but I was dressed and making breakfast by 7:30. I felt no pain or discomfort, just a general feeling that my body was adjusting to the different sleeping surface. After a few days, my wife said her lower-back pain has disappeared. This is the first I’ve heard that she was having lower-back pain in the mornings, so it wasn't a primary motivator in my choice of bed. However it is an excellent unexpected bonus.
Also, both our cat and dog are now obsessed with the bed at all times of day. The mattress is a hit with all household mammals.

From the first day using the new mattress we knew it was exactly what we wanted. We have spent thousands of dollars on mattresses who claimed to be the best only to find out that was not the case. This mattress is great, the price is great and we are a totally satisfied customer.

I haven't slept good for years and ever since I received my new Tuft and Needle mattress I have no problem falling asleep and staying asleep, I don't wake up sore anymore either.
