The bed is very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness. My back does not hurt when I get up in the mornings as compared to the soft innerspring mattresses.

It's not for everyone. Too firm for me. I'm a side sleeper 5'4" 130 lbs and I experienced pressure points same as my inner spring mattress gave me. I need just a little more softness it looks like.
