Comfortable, ease of delivery and setting it up. Never thought I'd buy a bed in a box and it would make me sleep like a baby!

Bed is soft but ferm at same time. I've been sleeping better and waking up not feeling as sore with no body pain.

Very comfortable mattress! No gimmicks, they tell you what you need to know right up front. I was worried at first about this mattress being cheap and not supportive because it came in a box...but so far haven't woken up with a sore back or lost a minute of sleep!

The smell lingers after opening. I live everything else about the mattress, but the chemical smell is still there almost 2 weeks later and we've had the windows open a lot
