I think that the packaging technology greatly reduces the shipping costs and therefore the price of the mattress. So far I have used the new mattress for four nights on a new adjustable bed platform so I don't think I have enough time using it to be able to judge the performance or the quality of the product. From what I can tell, the mattress is good enough quality and it arrived very quickly, so I think a rating of ten is reasonable.

On the first night I slept one hour longer than normal. Don't wake with hips or shoulder hurting anymore. Love lt.

Love the mattress. Delivered to door. Easy to unbox and put on bed. Good price...what's not to like?

I love the mattress. I only gave it a 9 because it could use some handles on the sides to make it easier to handle once it's unpacked.

I don't normally recommend anything. I do like my bed, but I would be more likely to consider recommending it after I've had it a year or two. Just to see how it holds up. But I DO like it very much. Liked the shipping and unpacking (which was fun!) Thank you.
