Another great night sleep. Our family had 4 mattresses already so my daughter wanted one too. She loves it

After 7 years... kills your back

The mattress was great for the first 4-5 years. However, as the years passed, I noticed my husband and I both getting pretty bad lower backaches. Reached a point at 5am one morning where my back hurt to the point of waking up and I slept on the couch. It might be the foam just slowly dissolving over time. My back does not hurt anymore with a new spring mattress. It's a really poor investment for the price point- beware.

feels great in the very beginning then increasing pain every morning

We were happy in the beginning only for about 4 years then we started experiencing bad and neck back pains waking up every morning. My husband and I are not large people, and this mattress has not held up at all. We didn't bother to deal with finding another mattress during the pandemic. We are so disappointed, we wake up after terrible nights sleep in pain on the same spot no matter how we rotate the mattress, we are going to get rid of this mattress and it's a shame.

Well made high quality product but too soft and squishy. Also gets hot at night due to heat trapping..Still trying to adapt to the ‘lack’ of firmness..

Hi Charanjeev! Thank you for your insight, we're sorry to hear the mattress is a bit too soft and hot for comfort. Since we make our mattresses with freshly poured foam, it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home, and you to it. Of course, we don't want you to feel stuck with something you don't love, so feel free to reach out to 877-842-2586 or support@tuftandneedle.com if you haven't already, and the team can guide you from there! Thanks again for sharing your experience, let us know if we can assist moving forward!

Best sleep in years! Sensation like a zero gravity chair, but on memory foam and firm! It's confusing how amazing this mattress is. If you're on the fence, jump off and buy this mattress. They have a guarantee so you can only win.

I had previously owned a T&N mattress and knew they were very comfortable. This new one is no exception. I find it perfect as a stomach sleeper and my partner finds it just right for back and side sleeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unfortunately, after purchasing two Tuft and Needle mattresses in the past, this latest one is terrible! It feels like a cheap piece of foam covered with cloth with no support whatsoever. It’s so much lighter in weight than my others I couldn’t believe it was made by the same company. I will be returning this.

I really wanted to love this mattress but it wasn’t firm enough for me. There is a plush layer on top that I didn’t like. After a few weeks, I noticed it sloped on the one side. I am 5’6” and 135 lbs. Maybe I got a dud? Other people have said they love the mattress…so maybe it’s just me?
