This is our second Tuft and Needle mattress. We purchased our first one 2 years ago for our toddlers new “big boy bed” and felt it was the most comfortable mattress in the house. So when our second son turned the age to move out of the crib we had to get him the same!
I would recommend this to a friend!

After sleeping on a famiy member's guest room T&N mattress we bought one & love it. We made a mistake in size ordering and had to exchage our Cal-King for a King and the local store was wonderful about making the return and replacement. We plan to soon buy another T&N for our guest room bed.

Very disappointing over time.

I purchased an original queen sized mattress after having a good experience sleeping on one while on vacation. I slept on it well enough for a short period, but unfortunately, about a year and half later, I can say this mattress hasn't aged well. This mattress is often recommended for side sleepers, which I am, but I began waking up in the middle of the night with extreme soreness and pain in my hips. I tried adjusting where I slept in the bed, making sure to position myself in the middle. That didn't help. I purchased an expensive Tempurpedic topper, and that didn't help either. I wake up in pain every morning and nearly every night; the mattress has disrupted my sleep and exercise schedule. I now find myself in the position of having to make yet another expensive purchase to replace this mattress, which is essentially still new. I'm extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you haven't been sleeping well on your mattress. It is normal for the mattress to break in with use. Because of this, we recommend rotating the mattress every 3-6 months to ensure it breaks in evenly. That being said, the mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers any indentation of sagging over 3/4 of an inch. When you have a moment, please reach out to our team at 877-842-2586 or support@tn.com and we'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot any comfort issues.
