Outstanding Customer Service

Just outstanding Customer Service. I have been using this mattress for over 4 years now. It has always been comfortable to sleep on. However, few weeks prior, the mattress developed some piling underneath and a slight sag which created back issues for my family. When contacted the customer service, they provided an excellent support, inspected the mattress with close up photos and provided a replacement. I would say this type of commitment & customer service to honor 10-year warranty and make it so seamless, was just out of the world. Thank You so much T&F family. Keep up the great work of putting the customers first.

What a great mattress! I worked for a large furniture and mattress retailer for 13 years and didnt purchase a mattress during my tenure because the mark up is so high and the quality is meh. Happened to sleep on. Tuft and needle at an air bnb recently and I was hooked. Bought one the day I got home, it arrived faster than promised, and Ive been hooked ever since. Havent had a bad nights sleep or worken up in pain in a month! Great price, great quality! If I purchased a mattress at this price at my former company I would be sleeping on a particleboard frame, poorly tied springs and a thin layer of rolled dacron. The value we recieved in our TF mattress cant be beat!

Better than competitors!

I bought this queen mattress 1.5 years ago and I'm still so in love with it. It's easy to vacuum and rotate, and has been great for my sleep/lounging habits. My sister bought an Avocado mattress at the same time I bought my T&N, but hers already has a big lump in the middle (less than 2 years old) and she's really dissatisfied with hers -- she now wants to buy a T&N seeing how great mine has been. The original mattress is great for someone who likes a slightly firmer bed that doesn't completely collapse around your body!

I initially contacted the company because the mattress felt softer than the Mint mattress we bought last year, even though it was advertised as a firmer mattress. After trying it out the product surprised us. It was very comfortable and both my husband and I slept well. Although the sleep feel felt firm, there is no side support so sitting on the side of the bed feels unusually soft. Wish I could get the same firm sleep with better sides!

This is a very comfortable mattress if you like a firmer feel. If you want something softer I’d opt for the Mint. This is the second one we’ve purchased. The first went to our vacation home. That one is three years old and is holding up just fine. If you have the chance to lay on both the original and the Mint for comparison that would be the ideal situation.

Not at all what we expected. For a medium firm mattress this was super soft and squishy, felt like a mattress topper.
