It was ok, but nothing amazing. It’s a backup bed for overflow company so it will certainly do, but I slept on it three nights just so I could review it and I felt like it didn’t wow me.

It is way more comfortable than my old bed. I used to toss and turn all night. Now I pretty much sleep in the same position all night. I'm a side sleeper and weigh about 225 lbs and I don't sink in or anything.

Once we got the topper too, the mattress has been very comfortable for my wife. She is also chemically sensitive and the mattress/topper has not bothered her. We shall see how it holds up over time. So far we are pleased.

Words Cannot Describe How Satisfied I Am

I ordered essentially an entire bed set a little over three months ago and everything has been perfect, except for the fitting of the duvet insert and the duvet cover. I was constantly having issues with excess cover for the duvet, and I found out today that I actually ordered the wrong size insert. I called at 8 PM EST and within 10 minutes we had an order placed for the proper size insert and instructions on what to do with the previous insert. It's hard to express in words how incredible this customer service experience was, in addition to the excellent quality of the products themselves.

Our new mattress has matched our expectations for what a mattress ought to be. We replaced our first T&N mattress, the OG from way back when the company was just a fledgling start-up. The only difference is our new mattress is an extra 6 inches thicker, but it is still the perfect firmness and we never overheat. You don't feel your partner move at night unless he smacks you in the face "accidentally" and with that extra thickness, our sheets finally fit the mattress!
We couldn't be happier with a mattress... except for if maybe it sang us to sleep or something. Maybe you could work on that?
