After sleeping on the same side of the bed after only a couple of months, the side of the bed became rather noticeably compressed. This is happening at a more significant rate than other have foam mattresses that I've had. I now have to make a conscious effort to sleep in various places on the bed and will probably have to flip the mattress around every few months. Comfort is alright otherwise though

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. The mattress may feel a little softer or more broken in over time, depending on where in the bed you sleep each night, it’s normal for the areas where you sleep regularly to be more broken in than parts of the bed that get less use. One thing you can do moving forward is to rotate the mattress head to foot every six months or so in order to ensure that the mattress breaks in more evenly as time goes on. Having said that, we will pass your comments along to our Product and Quality Assurance teams. Our Customer Experience team is happy to help moving forward. Please reach out to support@tn.com or 877-842-2586 if you would like to return or troubleshoot.

We were a bit nervous to buy a bed-in-a-box, but it was fantastic. Within about 20 minutes it was completely inflated/well-formed, except for one corner that took a bit longer. We had heard there would be a smell for a few days, but we did not notice it. It's very comfortable and we love it!

I've always slept on a traditional mattress and have found this bed is entirely too firm for my liking and was even giving me hip pain. During the trial period, I contacted customer service about possibly exchanging or returning the mattress, as a first easier substitute they offered a free topper. I thought this helped with the softness but after a few months I realized it's really not enough. And it makes the bed super hot. Now I'm way past the trial period and stuck with a bed that gives me back pain and makes me sweaty.

The mattress is comfortable enough. The problem is that it gets extremely warm. I'm not sure what my options are in trying to keep the temperature from rising so much.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our product team designed our Adaptive Foam to sleep as cool as possible, so we’re sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience. It’s worth mentioning that certain accessories, such as high-thread-count sheets or some mattress protectors, can play a role in heat retention. If you are interested in troubleshooting or need help with a return, please reach out to us directly at support@tn.com or 877-842-2586.

Just not comfortable to me. It is very firm and I toss and turn all night. Pros are that it doesn't smell weird, it inflated very quickly after being unpacked and we were able to sleep on it that night. It has since gotten the tiniest bit softer and bigger. An issue for me as well is that it doesn't do a great job with temperature regulation and I still am overheating often.
