The order, delivery and set up couldn't be any easier! My back felt better the very first night. But after a week + its a little hard on my shoulders... not sure what the solution is yet... giving it another week of trial

I was skeptical about ordering a "bed in a box." After researching the many brands, I decided to purchase a T&N. It was THE best purchase I have ever made. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I no longer have neck, shoulder, or back pain when I wake. Thank you! My wife and I tell everyone how great this mattress is!
