We have had a tuft and needle before but due to a house fire we had to order a new one. The new one does not lay flat on the bed, the sides still curve up and it’s about 3 inches shorter than our last one. We have been sleeping on it approximately a month hoping that it would flatten out, yet every night we have to push it back up to the head of our bed and deal with the sides curling up. I will contact the company shortly to see what can be done.
I still recommend this brand to our patients and will continue to do so. I have never had one patient ever regret getting their tuft and needle. Better sleep means better healing!

Alright here’s the thing, the bed is great. It fits our needs perfectly. Very comfortable, decently priced, generous return policy, etc. however, if I get one more Tuft and Needle Ad I will literally go insane. I already bought the bed, leave me alone!! I probably sounds crazy but I cannot watch a YouTube video, open a web browser, or generally exist on the internet without being constantly bombarded by T&N ads. Whoever is in their advertising team needs to cool it because I swear it’s so bad that had I know this I wouldn’t have bought the mattress in the first place.

Purchased this mattress I was really excited, had trouble sleeping the first week and thought if was just because it was a new bed. Month later and I’m still having trouble getting comfortable, this says it’s a memory foam mattress and doesn’t conform to your body like memory foam should. Feels like I’m just laying on top and no comfort around pressure points. Kinda disappointed. Also purchased linen duvet set expected the best duvet ever since they’re def not cheap but they are huge!! Makes the blankets feel really heavy and hard to move around at night. What to do?

This was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The sides were terribly flimsly and it was not at all the quality that I expected. I was able to receive a full refund and their customer service was good during this process.

This does not live up to the hype. I’m very disappointed! My back is always in pain when I wake up in the morning.

Seeing as though I bought this mattress without testing it first, I cannot express enough how comfortable it is. The reviews said that you don't sink in, you float on top, that is very true; also the mattress stays cool. I highly recommend.

The bed is really firm for us. We like a softer bed. We have tried to add a mattress topper, but that hasn't worked out well either. We're still looking for a solution to make the bed softer - more the way we like it.
