Mattress was much too soft. I like a firm bed and the memory foam was so soft that I felt like I was sinking into a hole every night. And getting out or rolling over was like being stuck in quicksand. Not for me but the return process was extremely easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the mattress slopes, i am not happy. i purchased a tuft and needle 2 years ago and it was great, this second one is terrible and i will be returning.

We got this to take to our cabin, which is remote, and so ease of transport was a prime factor. Perfect. My only quibble is that it’s a little too soft. If I had to do over again I’d get the newer, firmer model. But it is never getting down off this mountain so I’ll just get used to it.

I purchased a full-sized Tuft & Needle mattress a few years ago and I love it so much. I tell everyone to purchase one. I recently upgraded to a queen-sized bed and honestly, I think T&N may have changed the product. I love a firm, supportive mattress and this one feels softer than my old mattress?
