Not really happy that the 17 inch is diagonal and not width, i like an actual 17 inch going across than a 15 inch unless you measure diagonally, who looks at their computer diagonally, very bogus

We appreciate your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your LG monitor. The screen size of a TV/computer monitor etc is measured diagonally from one corner of the panel to the opposite corner, excluding the bezel. This is the standard for measuring the screen size. ^Nikki

I love the computer, but I would love it better if I could actually use it. For some reason everytime I try to log-in to a website that I use to pay bills, it causes my router to turn the website symbol to turn red & the website will not open or work..... it is so frustrating. So, I have not been able to actually use my new laptop that I purchased a month ago for what I need to! Please someone help if you can
