Best laptop on the market. Best screen, keyboard, touchpad, sound, performance.
The greatest feature is the engineering. You can take of the back with a few screws, and all the components are serviceable without any further disassembly. Marvelous!

Good, not great for the price.
Bad:
Cannot watch two videos on the two monitors or casting to a TV. Great screens and is an almost perfect laptop otherwise for everything I do. The two USB-C ports were loose feeling from the box.
Good:
The screens are great. Perfect for shrinking a spreadsheet to see more fields or watching a great movie. Trackpad is a good size, bigger than a lot. Keyboard feels solid enough for a normal person. Very fast, I have no issues running scripts to open all my "usual" programs after logon. Great multitasking machine.

Nice lightweight laptop

I upgraded my LG Gram 17Z90N, which has a 10th Gen Intel CPU to this newest version with a 12th gen CPU. It is a nice, lightweight laptop, as was the original. I don't perceive a significant difference in performance or battery life though. The biggest gripe I have about this new model is the lack of a fingerprint sensor (it relys on the silly Windows Hello feature to log you in). I hope they bring that back in the next iteration of this laptop.

Ridiculous frequency of freezing, not responding

With no particularly heavy demand from multiple applications running, the frequency of freezing, not responding and the necessity of restarts leaves me with a 2 month old laptop that functions worse than the 8 year old one I intended to replace. I sincerely regret this purchase. The battery- forget it, nowhere near the duration claimed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Laptop works as advertised. I hope it lasts longer than my last HP which lasted only 4 years. Only thing it doesnt have that I would have liked is a touch screen. Also the camera is kind of grainy compared to my logitech camera.
I like that the help desk took my call. They could not recommend a docking station for me to purchase. You should sell and/or be able to recommend one. Also, for a premium laptop you should include or recommend a protective case for the laptop to fit in. It was great that you included the Laplink PCMover software to transfer the files from my old laptop, but there was no directions on how to install the software on my old computer to facilitate the transfer. I had to call Laplink and they were very helpful. The process went smoothly.
The computer did freeze up on me once and it took a few minutes to get it back up, but nothing was lost. Hope it doesnt happen again.
