My only complaint with these style coffee makers is that it's difficult to access the water tank area, but beyond that minor gripe, this machine works well and makes tasty coffee, it looks sleek and I'm a fan of the touch controls (though they can be a bit undersensitive). The filter is easy to clean which is a big plus. You very likely will be happy with this purchase or gift!

Coffee pot started smoking after the second use. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and very easy to set up but the electrical needs to be redesigned.

I replaced my 10 year old Cuisinart with a new Cuisinart. Since we first used the machine, we have grounds in our cups. If I use a cone filter, the grounds spill everywhere. I only make 9 cups in this 14 cup machine, it should not do this!
