This Ocoffee maker is very good. Coffee is easy to make and comes out perfect every time. One problem we encountered is that the basket holder has to be pushed firmly into place. If you don't get it pushed down all the way, the brewed coffee will not run down into the carafe/pot. We learned this when the basket holder overflowed with coffee and grounds all over the counter. Oh well, we learned to check everytime we make coffee.

Love the touch screen option. It is simple to use. I gave it 4 stars because I really didn’t taste an enhancement with the coffee on this machine, even with the bold brew option. The coffee tastes better in my old Cusinart coffee maker.

We love the sleek design, touch controls and 14-cup carafe size. It makes a great cup of coffee and the cleanup is easier than other coffee makers we've had (which had too many separate pieces to clean).

I really like the look of this coffee pot. I love the touchscreen aspect (which is why I purchased it), and it is super straight forward to use. It brews good tasting coffee as well! My only complaint would be that the handle popped off the first time I tried to use it. The metal ring around the bottom held the handle on, but the top portion popped right off. Not sure if I happened to get a faulty pot, or if this is a reoccurring issue for others.

Great coffee maker and easy to use. The only issue I have is that pouring the water into the reservoir is awkward because the lid gets in the way. Would have been five stars except for that.

This is our second Cuisinart coffee maker; the first had the built in grinder. We went ahead and paid a little more for the Cuisinart Touchscreen 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker and, after several months of daily use, we are delighted with the quality of coffee this maker brews. We love that the coffee is much hotter than our last Cuisinart. I do wish it came with the stainless carafe as our last one did, but honestly that is not a big deal. The burner keeps the coffee nice and hot. Highly recommended!

Difficult to fill water into tank, only one scale on one side for cup amount, not quite sure the brewing process without using the timer. I noticed today the brew light was fading in and out during the cycle, first time I noticed that, I guess when it stops and turns solid the cycle is over — I don’t remember reading anything about that?

I have owned many cuisinart products including numerous coffee makers. The water storage container is very awkward. The pot doesn't empty completely and its difficult to tell how much is in the unit.
