[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this coffee maker and have tried out many of the bells and whistles. I love that it has a temperature control (L-M-H) so you can adjust to the temperature that works best for you. I keep mine in High for a nice hot cup of coffee that doesn't go lukewarm fast. it also has a bold option you can select before brewing and a 1-4 cup button that you can press to ensure even small pots of coffee are brewed perfectly. There's a filter that can be replaced as well as a program where you can set the coffee to start brewing at whatever time you want it to. the touch screen is also sensitive enough that you don't need to press too hard. Use good coffee and filtered water, and you'll love the added bonus in the flavor. if I had one complaint it would be that the top lid could fold open a little further to make pouring the water in a little easier .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a morning coffee drinker who hasn't owned a coffeemaker in over 5 years. I was doing the old heating water in the microwave trick until I dropped scorching hot water onto the top of my foot. That was my sign that it was time for a coffeemaker. This one is very nice and modern. It is made really well and isn't too bulky on my counter. The setup process was very easy and the instructions were clear and I had no problems following them. I really love the touchscreen design and how I can determine the number of cups I want and how strong I want them to be. My favorite feature though has to be the timer. I love how I can set the coffeemaker to turn on at 6 am and it does the rest of the work for me. It is very nice and has really made me happy that I did go back to having a coffeemaker in my kitchen again. I am loving everything about it this far and looking forward to continuing using it every morning for my cup of joe!!

Very easy to use. We usually use whole beans which we grind in a Cuisinart coffee grinder. The coffee is excellent. But my wife is still seeking the very best blend or coffee bean. We often use the "1-4 Cups" feature and I tend to like the "Bold" feature, both of which work great. We would definitely recommend this coffeemaker for anyone who enjoys a cup or two of pleasingly excellent coffee.

I’ve had multiple instances where the inner coffee grounds cup was not seated correctly and flooded the pot with all the grounds. Very frustrated to have to start again so check the positioning unless you like crunchy coffee.

I purchased this to replace a cuisinart maker that was looking horrible due to the burner plate finish peeling. Unfortunately after just 2 months this one is doing the same thing. Very disappointed.

Makes an excellent pot of coffee. Touch screen is simple to use. I am technologically challenged and this was simple. This is my second Cuisinart Coffee maker. I love both. Only drawback id is is a little difficult to get the last drop of water from pot into water reservoir.

Pro's : - Makes a great cup of coffee, and love the temp options for hot plate after brewing so no burnt coffee taste. - "Showerhead" design works great at saturating all the grounds to get the most flavor and extraction for your buck. - Looks great and has huge carafe capacity. And doesn't drip when you pour- yay!
Cons: Design flaws (major) including:
- Try filling reservoir with the carafe, I dare you. Impossible to empty it due to terrible design of opening... If you're a lefty it's a bit better on left side, but still can't empty water into reservoir. I have a glass pitcher that I have to use to fill the water now, which I have NEVER needed to fill any other coffee maker before this one. Redic. No one must have tested design before it was done deal. And no, it doesn't matter how far out you pull unit to fill it, the cover won't go back far enough to be able to pour last cup of water into reservoir! - Huge amount of condensation inside unit and when you open it lots drip in back (outside) of unit where there is bizarre drip channel for said runoff, but still leaks down back onto counter. Also, the way the tiny steam release in back of unit shoots out the steam towards wall, I now get drip marks down wall and god knows if there will be damage eventually to wall from all the moisture. -There is a fair amount or friction trying to place the pot into unit after pouring, as the stopper is really rigid, but that also makes this one of the better "pause to pour" makers I have used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud and not very fast but coffee tastes good and the product is well designed so that cleaning is easy. touch screen buttons are also annoying to press
