Like everything about it. Like the cone style, the easy to access controls. I always grind before brewing, so do not use the auto brew timer. Have made large and small batches. Have tried and like he bold brew. Nice hot temp. Would prefer a hinged lid on the carafe. Really like it and would highly recommend.

The Bold button is too sensitive and often does not turn on when I press it. The other buttons work fine. Strangely, it works better when my wife presses it, so I’m not sure why her finger works better than mine for that particular button, but it shouldn’t be this complicated. I don’t have these fickle complications when I press the Power and Brew buttons, so whatever technology they used on those buttons, they need to apply to the Bold button, because it is very glitchy!

Purchased this after returning a more expensive “grind control” brewer and I’m very happy I did. Brews a tasty cup and is easy to keep clean. I wish it had a a thermal carafe as apposed to the glass one but that’s the only con I can think of.

Has brewed consistently good cups of coffee using quality water and proper measurements.
Unfortunately, this machine makes more noise when brewing then two previous machines, alerting dogs to wake the household on mornings I have to work earlier.
If basket is not seated properly, coffee backs up in basket causing overflow.

It brews coffee very well. I like how the brew light flashes as it brews and stops once the cycle is complete so you don’t need to rely on the tone sound upon completion. The only drawback is it is difficult to pour water into reservoir if you use the carafe. The lid does not open far enough. I use a large measuring cup to compensate. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.
