To start, I returned the coffee maker because the coffee tasted like water; absolutely no coffee taste. It appeared to me that the bold setting was not working. And I could not make the bell ring when the brewing was finished. I bought this model because I had the earlier 14-cup coffee maker and loved it. But after 7 years, the buttons started acting randomly. I wanted to like this maker, but could not

I have owned Cuisinart Coffee Makers for 20 years. They always have been good (purchased for multiple venues) - but the Touchscreen is outstanding. Efficient, easy to use, excellent brewed coffee!

I very much enjoy my new coffee maker. I did have issues getting it set to make coffee in the morning before I get up, but got that down now. So far, so good.

This is my second Cusineart coffee maker. It’s the only one I’ll buy from now on. Very well worth the price. Makes the best coffee compared to other coffeemakers I’ve had.

This coffee maker is extremely ‘user friendly’. The digital panel is very easy to read. The instructions are easy to follow. It has extra selections like Bold and Auto Start. It also gives 3 heat settings, and 3 auto off times.
