Great coffee maker, excellent 14 cups of coffee.

I repurchased the same coffee maker model #DCC T20 to replace the old one, because it was leaking hot water out bottom of unit. The coffee maker makes perfect coffee to taste. Fair warning never poor hot water in reservoir. My wife forgot to put coffee in filter and made a pot of hot water, added coffee and then added hot water back in reservoir, I believe that is what caused leak. We love this model of coffeemaker. We use a pitcher to pour water into reservoir as it is hard to pour from carafe. Speaking of the glass carafe, when opening box, be careful and lay on back of box as carafe is not secure and will fall out if removing maker from top of box as it happened to me, the carafe hit the floor and smashed. Cuisinart was very gracious and replaced the carafe free of charge. I highly recommend this coffee maker. It is easy to operate and makes 14 cups of great coffee, I particularly like the touch
screen and the many options it has. Takes about 10 minutes to brew full pot , but it is worth it.

I've been using my coffeemaker for a month or so and I really like it so much. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the touchscreen feature or not. After using it the first time, I was thrilled with this feature. The touchscreen is an easier and more reliable way for starting my coffee in the morning than my previous drip pot. I really like the "bold" feature. I can tell a difference in the taste of my coffee. I like my coffee fairly strong and this does the trick. The water mark feature on this pot is easy to see on bleary-eyed mornings. (I haven't tried using the auto-start feature yet, but plan to do that.) It's easy to see at glance if I've poured the correct amount of water into the pot. The wire mesh drip basket is easy to use. Then again, so are the paper filters. The residue left behind by the wire filter is barely noticeable. This was a great buy! Consistently great coffee every morning!

Great so far. I pitched my last Cuisinart, due to a "dribble" pot. I had to pour coffee over the sink. This carafe solved the problem. It has a four hour hot plate, which is a necessary for my family. Programing is simple. The touch screen, isn't perfect but it's pretty darn good. Just a touch, not a push, is needed.

Great coffee

It brews clean tasting, hot coffee fairly quickly even on strong setting. The gold filter cuts down on my paper waste, but it’s a bit of a pain to clean and way more grounds go down my drain than with a paper filter, so I’m a little cautious about what that could do to my plumbing over time. The touchscreen took a little getting used to but I’ve figured it out for my daily use now. One issue is that the filter and holder has to be really snug in its slot. One day it wasn’t and there was coffee everywhere but the pot when I returned after starting it up. I like having the filter holder sit askew when the machine is off to allow the top to be propped open in order to air out over the day. If the lid sits tightly closed all day, there’s a lot of moisture that remains even 24 hours later.

This coffee maker makes FANTASTIC coffee. I always click the BOLD button and the coffee tastes way better and bigger than the previous coffee maker we had (an older Cuisinart). Love how sleek it looks and keeps the temperate perfect. The only complaint is that the TONE button doesn't work so it doesn't alert me when it's done brewing unfortunately but not a big enough reason to return it.

I’ve had this coffee maker for about six weeks. It makes excellent coffee and I like the clean look of the touchscreen. There are two things I would change about this coffee maker. I would make it easier to fill and I would add a water level line on both sides of the reservoir.
