I am loving this toothbrush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical when I first received this product. My son has one and loves it. It took a few times to get used to using the toothbrush. Parts of my mouth were super sensitive and I wasn't sure if I would be able to continue using it. It took about a week and now I am totally used to the vibrations. You also don't move the toothbrush around your mouth like a manual toothbrush. The app on your phone does remind you when you are pushing too hard or moving it around too much.
I received this toothbrush as part of a study and I am able to keep it. I will continue using it after the study is complete.
The only thing I don't like about using this toothbrush is the fact that my breath doesn't seem as fresh as when I use a manual toothbrush. I am not sure if there is anything I can do to change that. I will start rinsing with mouthwash and see if that changes anything.

High Quality toothbrush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips Sonicare Prestige 9900 is a very high quality toothbrush. My teeth have never felt cleaner after brushing my teeth. At first, I felt the brush was tickling my gums but I had to just get used to the intensity. There are three intensity levels that you can push on the front of the brush. I personally found that the bottom intensity level was enough for me to feel like I was getting a great clean. I love the included case to easily take this toothbrush on trips and vacation. The charging stand is sleek and buzzes when the toothbrush is in the stand. My only complaint is figuring out the companion app. I was having trouble easily connecting my toothbrush. I’m sure I’ll be able to figure out all the features on the app, it’ll just take time. (I received compensation to test this toothbrush)

Super Clean Toothbrush

The toothbrush itself is great. The vibration takes some getting used to but it feels like it gives a great clean. I like how it tells you if you're brushing too hard or too fast.
The connected app is no so great to the point where just don't use it anymore. It doesn't track the movement in your mouth as well as it thinks it does so I cant trust it when it tells me I missed spots.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It took a few uses to get used to it, but after a few times, it’s second nature. I used the app to help teach me how to use it properly at first. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush to friends and family.

Love the brush head on the 9900

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 for about 3 weeks now. I love the brush head shape and feel. The 3 levels of power give you options to give a good strong brush and also ease up for more sensitive areas. The design is sleek and comfortable to hold. I absolutely LOVE the charging travel case. The app could use some work and this is the only reason that I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5. I feel like the app is too restrictive and not intuitive enough. Also, it has disconnected and cant find it a few times, then I have to reattach the app, my my phone forget it and the set it up like new again. I am receiving compensation and the product to keep, for my honest review.

Love the Toothbrush!

So far, I have been using the toothbrush for about 3 weeks and I love it! It leaves me with a clean feeling after each brush. I also like the reminder about when to change the brush head. The app took time to set up but it had a lot of features. The only problem is that the toothbrush only works with the app when you open the app and tell it when you are ready to start brushing. I wish you could just sync the brush and app every once and awhile and it would keep all of your data.

Sleek Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems odd to use the word "beautiful " to describe a toothbrush, but this millennial pink brush with rose gold accents is just that - beautiful! It makes a lovely addition to my vanity. It's very sleek, minimalistic almost, with fewer "buttons" (just one) and the only writing on it is the company name. It performs as expected- I get a great brushing. I did not give the brush 5 stars because it is too loud! Maybe my brush has a defect, but it is much louder than previous Sonicare brushes I've owned. Also, the placement of the intensity level indicator is not in a great spot- I find I change the intensity level quite easily without meaning to. And since the brush is too loud on the lowest intensity, increasing the intensity is not something I want to do. That said, changing the intensity with a single tap is nice. The brush head is nice, but the color is off-putting. The rose-gold tip looks stained, as if there was blood on the brush head that had dried. That's not so beautiful.
