The software hardly detect some part of your mouth when you brush so you always have to add extra brushing just because the software does not detect anything But the tech is good: well used there is very little to no plaque forming .

All the high quality performance of the Diamond Clean and more. I found that the Prestige is actually even more compact than the Diamond Clean which is actually a great product it’s self. The Prestige is more compact while using it and the wonderfully redesigned carrying case offers a more compact and sleek design also. The Prestige is essential to my amazingly bright smile!

this product would have been good if the app works. it doesn’t sync properly. Seven out of 10 i cannot use the app because it doesn’t work. I am annoyed. I spent too much money on this for not to work as advertised.

Great Until It Stopped Working - Don't Buy

It stopped working just short of two years. When it worked, I really enjoyed it, and this wasn't my first Sonicare toothbrush. For the price point, I expected better quality. I would highly recommend purchasing a cheaper version or a different brand; it's not worth the money to replace it every couple of years. There are no replacement parts for the handle, so you will need to rebuy the entire item. Such a disappointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given a 5 Star, however, when brushing the app does not recognize me brushing on some quartering and request touch ups. Sometimes it will recognize all areas and say complete clean. I am not sure if it is a flaw in the AI Brush or the App. I ignore it when it does it because I am fully aware when brushing all my teeth.
I had this toothbrush in Champagne color stolen by TSA in August and turned around and purchased the Black color one to replace it and remind me when I travel not to trust TSA. So in the length of time using this brush will include both brushes.
