Wonderful High Tech Toothbrush!

After testing the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 - Champagne, I can safely say this is my new go to toothbrush. I love the look and feel of the toothbrush, as well as the technological accompaniments. There is a very fancy app that goes with the brush that provides timing, brushing techniques to improve your overall brushing habits. The app has many different settings- normal brushing, whitening, gum health, etc. It even shows you how much battery power you have left, and the battery lasts for a long time uncharged. The app is optional to use, but I highly recommend using it.
The only con that I found is with the travel case. All of the pieces don’t quite fit in there (with the lid closed)... it’s possible I haven’t figured out a good way to get it in there but I tried for a bit.
Overall this is a great product, and I recommend purchasing if you’re looking for a smart toothbrush.
It also comes in a midnight blue color if you do not prefer the pink.

Additional cleaning modes and useful app

The additional cleaning modes are a nice touch - the one I use the most is the deep clean mode. The pressure and speed (movement) sensors really help with making sure you are using the product correctly. The downloadable app not only makes the selection of the toothbrushes features easier but also includes other data like battery life and my favorite - the brush tracking mode - to show how well you are brushing and what areas you need to go over again. The Sonicare 9900 Prestige's handle is slightly smaller than previous versions, but is not an issue when using the product. Overall, this is a great product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a really good toothbrush.

A Really Smart toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several types of toothbrushes but this model is definitely the one with most USEFUL features. One of the big pros is that it has a connection to a app (iPhone) with so much information, but also has indications in the device itself such as when to move to another part, if you are doing the correct movements and also a timer feature so you can brush for the recommended amount. At first I felt it was brushing too hard, but there are three levels of “pressure”. The looks are very premium and the carrying case with a charger is both convenient and seems durable. I have received a lot of compliments on that alone. Battery life is superb. I can’t rate how long but I would guess a week or more. I am getting another for my wife as well.

Best overall electric toothbrush available today

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Sonicare electric toothbrushes for years, and they've always been consistently solid and wonderful devices. This one is no different, and even manages to improve on what was already a great experience. The handle is slightly thinner than previous models, which makes it fit even more comfortably in my hands. The motor is very powerful, yet surprisingly quiet, and and provides my mouth with a cleaning straight out of a dentist's office. I love the variable speeds (I use mine on the most intense setting, but it's still very gentle on my teeth and gums), as well as the sensor that lets me know if I'm applying too much pressure. My favorite thing, however, is the all-in-one brush head, that cleans, whitens, and protects my gums. No longer do I have to choose between those (and purchase individual heads for each); now there's one brush head to rule them all. My teeth feel super clean after each brushing, and I feel that my dental health is being well cared for. The battery is great, too. Each charge lasts about 2 weeks, and the handle alerts you when it needs to be charged.
Overall, this is the best electric toothbrush I've ever used. Full disclosure: I was provided a complimentary unit to review, but even if I wasn't, I would happily buy this toothbrush.

Powerful toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is way more powerful than my old, non sonicare brush. My teeth feel squeaky clean after using it. I had to get used to the 20 second intervals, instead of 30, not sure if I like that, but I'm getting the hang of it. Haven't had to charge it yet after 3 weeks! Great toothbrush.

It’s amazing that they can feel that clean in just 2 minutes. It is so easy to use, just push the power button and pay attention to the vibrations to move to the next section. I will never go back to a manual toothbrush after using this toothbrush!
