[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using the model HX999C and my phone, Z-Flip 3 Samsung Galaxy, I have always a location that shows a row of yellow teeth. Using the deep clean mode and high intensity just about always the lower left inside row comes up yellow. Then it offers touch up and after doing that it still shows yellow. I would say 9 times out of 10 it shows yellow but a few times it showed white. I have never finished a regular session where all teeth showed white. Only after using touch-up a few times it showed all white. This means I'm using the the brush more often going to 4 minutes therefore shortening the brushes life. As a result it's costing me more money because these brushes are not cheap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was recommended by my dental hygienist, so I won't really know how effective it is until I return for my next visit in another four months. I find the app annoying and frustrating. I never get it right and have given up on using it. I also never complete brushing in the two minutes before it automatically shuts off, so I have to turn it on again in order to complete the task.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would highly recommend this product. It was super easy to set up, and easy to operate. It charged quickly. It's pretty quiet when in use. The brush is a good size, and the bristles (although very stiff at first), quickly softened to a comfortable stage after a couple of uses.

Excellent Electric Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900. The aesthetic of the brush is simple at first glance but the power behind the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 is rivaled to any electric toothbrush I've used in the past. I would recommend starting use at the lowest power setting to get used to the different vibration provided by the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900. Once I got used to it, I slowly ramped up to the most powerful setting. The toothbrush vibrates every 15 seconds, which I prefer as an interval to many toothbrushes that use 30 seconds. The charging station is awesome as I can remove the power source and use the stand for the handle without causing any marks on my bathroom countertops. The charging base is doesn't require me to plug anything into the toothbrush which is very convenient as well as I can just place it down and walk away. The carrying case is sleek and stylish, and has its own charging capabilities, which is very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900.

Best toothbrush I have ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start: I am receiving compensation to review this toothbrush but in no way is that altering my opinion of the product. This is honestly the best toothbrush I have ever used. You know that really clean feeling you get in your mouth after a teeth cleaning at the dentist? That's what I feel after using this brush. You don't have to push hard or do any work really and the vibration and size of the brush is perfect. My mouth is small so sometimes it is hard for me to fit the brush head in certain spots in my mouth but this brush gets it done! I also love the convenience of this brush with its size, charging case, etc. I haven't really had to charge it and I have been using it twice a day! I love the simplicity of the brush as well.
