[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the new Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 has a little light that comes on when you press too hard on your teeth. I have this issue where I press really hard - not only does the light come on but it makes a different vibration when you press too hard. I love the color of the new sonicare too and it is super light and really quiet which is really nice. In exchange for my honest review I was paid a compensation for trying this new Sonicare out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of the year 2022, but it had some quality issues and I submitted my exchange request, they changed my toothbrush without a second thought, nice service and buying experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9900 Prestige, and oh, what a game changer! The SenseIQ technology genuinely tunes into my brushing style, tweaking its performance in real-time. I was stunned at how it reached the tricky spots, making plaque removal a breeze. And despite its powerful cleaning, it’s quite gentle on my gums. I saw less redness and puffiness in just two weeks. The stain removal feature is a winner too, my teeth look noticeably brighter. Plus, the color options are a chic touch. This toothbrush is an investment in my oral hygiene I'm thrilled about
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this model for feedback on my brushing with app features. If the phone isn’t close by, later the syncing sometimes works correctly and sometimes not. App has small lettering and no ability to change so then I have to put on my glasses too. The brush itself is styled nicely and performs well but some of the program settings cannot be changed without the app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's worth the price! I can definitely feel this one can clean my teeth more efficiently and effectively, and the mobile app could tell me where I might miss. It's also now much easier to wash the toothbrush when there is no gap between the power button and the body. The travel case is also really well-designed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really think this toothbrush is worth the investment. I would have given it 5 stars but am disappointed that the app does not allow for multiple users with different toothbrush heads to use. For the cost it should allow a couple to have one base with two toothbrush heads and both being able to record their usage on the app from each of their phones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple Cleaning Mechanism, Elegant Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is very easy to use and has an elegant design. It is a pretty beige color with shiny golden trim. The technology utilizes a feature called "Sense IQ". This allows for the brush to determine the setting needed to best brush your teeth. I have mixed feelings about this, as I do like the ability to be able to decide the setting myself, but maybe the brush is smarter than I am. It only has one Cycle choice- 6 sections for about 2 minutes' worth of brushing time. It also ends its cycle very gently- it almost made me think it needed to be charged. Aside from that, the battery lasts a very long time. All things considered, it's a solid product that I enjoy using. I have received compensation for taking part in this product test.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 for two weeks and have learned a lot about it. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box is its sleek appearance and the number of accessories.
I was particularly impressed with the attractive travel case that can also charge the handle. It took me a few minutes to figure out that you have you have to snap the head piece into it cradle in the case in order to get it to close. Once I figured that out, I was able to use that for a weekend away as both a carry case and charger.
Another feature I like is the automatic buzz that occurs every 20 seconds and the chart in the instructions that suggests the order to brush each section of your teeth. At each buzz, you know you did 20 seconds and move to the next section. The handle automatically powers off after 2 minutes, so you know you're done.
One of the features I don't love is the smooth power buttons and control for pressure placement. It took me a while to figure out that I need to hold my hand at the end of the handle to avoid accidentally turning it off.
The button that changes between the three pressure settings was also a learning curve. I found you can change the pressure by pressing hard on that area, or by pressing the area and shaking the handle at the same time. I must have done that accidentally when I was rinsing the handle on time, as I had a couple days when the pressure was intense and I wasn't sure why. Reading the directions more carefully, I was able to figure it out...the information is there, but it's not intuitive.
I appreciate the instruction on cleaning the handle. I never knew I could rinse the handle (without the head on) of an electric toothbrush and it has kept it much cleaner than I expected. I do wish there was a drying stand for the head attached to the stand up charger. I currently store the handle in it's stand up charger between uses, but the head (which they suggest you dry separately) sits on the bathroom counter.
All in all, I think the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 is a very attractive and effective electric toothbrush with solid battery life, some nice features and cool carry case/charger. I would say this tooth brush has a learning curve if you want to fully enjoy its features and find and keep the settings you prefer.
