I see results, but the brush is aggressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that this brush really does make a difference in my oral health. I noticed that it really gets plaque off of my teeth, and my mouth feels much more clean than my normal electric toothbrush.
The brush itself feels and looks very luxurious. The brush's charge lasts a long time. I keep my electric toothbrush in the shower, and I haven't had any issues with it working.
My only attribute I don't like is how aggressive the vibration is. I sometimes feel like it is too harsh and I am hammering away at my teeth. Maybe that's why it's so effective?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush is a solid high end offering. The brush is very powerful, able to provide low to very high brushing actions. The weight of the brush is well balanced. The travel case is a very nice touch. The only issue that I have is the size of the brush head. It is larger than the brush head that I am use to with my existing brush head. The larger brush head forces me to have my mouth open wider than I like and sprays from my mouth get all over my bathroom mirror and counter which needs a wipe down after each use.

Convenient charging travel case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for a month of testing, however my opinion is mine and not biased.
Upon opening the package and looking at the parts, the first thing that caught my attention was the travel case. It is a dark leather plus gold design. If that's not enough, it is also a charging travel case. The toothbrush and detachable brush head conveniently fits in it and is good to go in my weekend bag for a short trip.
The brush itself was like my other electric toothbrush. It charges and operates the same. The only difference I notice is the noise, this one has higher pitch. The bristles moves but it doesn't look like it is so I wasn't really sure at first but I could only feel it was vibrating. It also has timed pulses and automatically ends/stops after a minute. I am not satisfied and turn it back on again for two times. That being said, I prefer my round brush head because it cleans more efficiently. I noticed that this brush head doesn't clean so much.
I will continue to test this brush to see if this is my error and I just have to get used to it or its design and function really needs to be improved.

This toothbrush has a very powerful motor. Upon looking at the product and handling it, I can feel it was very high quality. I also love the light pink color it came in, it’s my favorite color. The case that comes with it is convenient for travel.
When using the product, since the motor is very powerful, it was a little noisy for me when it vibrated. Other than that, my teeth always felt very clean after like it had a good powerwash. The narrow head made it easy to go into the little crevices in back of my mouth. I prefer it to foam up my toothpaste more, but because it’s vibrating so high, it kind of spreads the paste instead of beating up the toothpaste. So you need to really concentrate on getting the toothpaste on your brush. I also used the app that came with it and it was very easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To Philips, please help to solve that my HX9990 stopped working very often while the firmware updated from v1.7.4 to v1.11.4.

This is the best electronic toothbrush!

After using it the first time, I saw immediate results! This will be my forever toothbrush. My last Phillips toothbrush lasted 16 years before it stopped working. This will be one of your best investment tooth brush. See photos of my kids after using their Phillips toothbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Philips Sonicare toothbrush. I used the Diamond Clean model prior to this series. The Sense IQ technology is better with this model, but still does not capture brushing info correctly when using the app. This unit is also shorter in height than the other models. This makes it a bit harder to hold while brushing, especially for larger hands. Overall, it works very well and my teeth feel smooth and clean after brushing.
