[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only thing I don’t love is how you have to change the way you brush your teeth to suit the toothbrush. I’ve never brushed my teeth in quarters before. I would’ve preferred some leeway as to how I brush them. Maybe an option for brushing them I’m halves instead? Also, I wish the toothbrush itself was quieter. Other than those two things, love my toothbrush.

Does not clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter I do with this brush it does not clean well. I've tried moving it faster and slower. Applied more and less pressure. Angling it more. It does not leave my teeth feeling totally clean. I don't know if it is the unit or head that is doing this

Cleans great, breaks early

The toothbrush itself cleans great, by far the best one I have ever used. The downside is it broke less than a year in, it makes a sound but doesn't vibrate the head. 3 Months later I'm still waiting for the RMA... Buy a cheaper one, they seem to last longer

Product is great having small issues with app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using this toothbrush. I have found it immensely effective in holding me accountable to good oral hygiene. I’ve been guilty of going to bed without brushing now and then after a particularly exhausting day , I like that the app reminds me if I need to increase frequency and if I’m scrubbing too hard, applying too much or too little pressure. It also shows me in real time, how good I’m brushing in each area and gives me additional time to touch up any areas I may have been less effective on. I also really like that the toothbrush allows me to change how much pressure the brush applies. It also vibrates to let me know if I’m scrubbing too fast or too hard. I like that the app monitors how many uses my brush head has left and allows me to order new ones right from the app. It also gives (access at an additional charge) to have a health professional read your brushing reports and help you with your oral hygiene routine. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the app constantly disconnected my brush from the app and I would have to go to my Bluetooth settings and “forget” the device and re connect it. In the three weeks of use, I’ve had to reconnect approximately 8 times. The app is supposed to connect to your brush as soon as you turn your toothbrush on, so it would throw off my readings by saying I wasn’t brushing long enough - even though it never appeared to connect. It was reading me turning the brush on and off trying to connect to the app as me brushing for short amounts of time. If it wasn’t for the app I would have given 5 stars. I will update my review as further updates to the app happen and with more use. I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. Top Notch Oral Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 is unlike any electric toothbrush I have ever used. It has a very sleek and stylish design that blew me away before I even turned it on. It comes with a USB-C standard charging base and a portable charging leather travel case. But the part that stole the show for me is the Sonicare app that tracks, times, and provides feedback and suggestions. I had no idea how bad I tend to "scrub" which basically means I was using too much motion and needed to slow down and let the Prestige 9900 do what it was designed to do. After my two minute session, certain areas of my teeth would be highlighted in yellow on the app and would give me the option to add extra time to go back and hit every single area I missed for optimal coverage every session. It even provides encouraging messages and feedback such as, "you rock". There is even a light at the base of the toothbrush which turns purple if you are using too much pressure and a battery shaped indicator near the bottom. The SenselQ technology senses your brushing style and automatically adapts to you by adjusting intensity. I love watching the progress I make in real time on the app and my teeth as well as gums have never felt cleaner and more refreshed. I have received compensation and was able to keep this product for my honest review.
