After carefully reviewing the instructions laying out all my boards and stacks by their sequence numbers, I was able to complete the entire project within 12 hours. Likely could’ve completed it in eight or less but I started in the late afternoon and it got dark.
I completed all the work myself absolutely no assistance. It was built over an existing hot tub along a fence, which made it difficult reaching the trellis screws that’s adding to the time it took.
The instructions were easy to follow in the diagrams, certainly helped.

Super happy with this purchase. We spent a good month looking at pergolas before we landed on this. Totally worth the price, relatively easy to assemble (my wife basically did it on her own), and great quality. Follow the directions and there should be no issues :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love our Gazebo

Bought a gazebo and I built a wall on one side and we put a screen and projector up and watch movies.

I like it BUT

I got it assembled last year October 2021. I was easy to assemble. Not even a year later, all my four posts are cracking. This is very disappointing. I wish I could give it a five star but I can't due to the defective posts. I wish this could be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry to hear this about your posts. As with all wood, some checking and small cracks in grain is normal, and this will not affect the structural integrity of the unit. Sometimes, if the hardware is over tightened, this can also lead to cracking in the wood. We do recommend to apply a water sealant on an annual basis to help protect and maintain the wood. Yes, we recommend applying a water sealant (such as Thompson Water Sealant) approximately 3 months after assembly, and on a yearly basis after that. This will help maintain the wood and protect against weathering.
