Cools the whole downstairs which is about 750 square feet. And it is mid 80s and humid.

Compact size for an 8000 BTU unit. The temperature sensor in the remote is a great feature I needed.

Wonderfully quiet.

Purchased for my apartment LR/DR/Kitchen. Does the whole area very well. Very quiet, compared to previous window units, and much quieter that my LG portable unit. Just set the temperature, leave it on auto and that's it. Installed in a relatively low slider window, so wish it came with a vertical panel. That's my only negative.
