Noisest ac ever. When unit kicks on sounds like an airplane. Keeps me awake. Worst purchase ever.

Wonderfully quiet.

Purchased for my apartment LR/DR/Kitchen. Does the whole area very well. Very quiet, compared to previous window units, and much quieter that my LG portable unit. Just set the temperature, leave it on auto and that's it. Installed in a relatively low slider window, so wish it came with a vertical panel. That's my only negative.

Provisional rating as this 6000 btu unit was just installed today in our family room/kitchen. Cooling seems good. A bit noisy, but most AC’s are.
I would recommend this to a friend!
