The dehumidifier lasted about 1 year. It was replaced under warranty.

Mon sous-sol de maison était très humide - selon un ami qui me le disait depuis quelques années - mais c'est maintenant chose du passé grâce à votre déhumidificateur très efficace.
En environ 24 heures, il a retiré plus de 30 litres d'eau ! Heureusement que j'avais acheté ce modèle !!!

Just got new dehumidifier set up in the cella. Water is being removed from the air. Ambient humidity has decreased 10%.
Unit has only been in use for about 30 minutes so far, so hard to rate.

Humidifier packaged well

Well packaged yet easy to unpack, keeping in mind that the humidifier needs to always be upright to avoid having to let it sit for 6 hours before you should run it. Installed easily and seems to be doing what it's supposed to do at this point.
