Looking forward to a less humid basement

I just purchased this 50 pint dehumidifier and I am hoping it lasts longer than the Frigidaire that it replaced which failed within the first year and its replacement failed within several months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two years and ten days and it won't work!

I love these dehumidifiers. I've had one for eight years and ran it 24-7-365 with no problems. Bought a second one for my summer home and the compressor won't kick in after using it only for two summers and it won't spin up. Hopefully they will do something for me. Fingers crossed.
