Seems to be working well out of the box. Lessened humidity from very high to a reasonable level in a couple of hours and has maintained it at that level.

Only been using this dehumidifier in my basement for 3 days and the humidity went from 80% down to 50%. We had been experiencing the coils icing up on other models so thought we would give this one a try as we also have the same model upstairs and it works great. Yes the bucket is small but frequent che king means you are aware if it's not working properly.
