Very Reliable and Efficient

This is my second Danby. My last one was so reliable and did such a wonderful job that I bought another. The unit is very simple to use. I bought a drain hose to my sump pump so I don't have to empty it. My basement is dry and comfortable. It does the job well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second one and has been running nonstop since I got it. Has a smell now and constant warm air. Not adequate for a basement, even a half one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit

I use mine every summer in my basement where I do not have AC. we live in Indiana. Our unit has been working great for over five years. I clean and store it properly during the winter months which is probably why it continues to work well each year. Getting ready to buy one for my son’s house in Tennessee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Danby Dehumidifier is working perfectly

Ive done several painting projects lately. The humidity has been +75% inside garage. so the paint is taking forever to dry. So while getting more paint at my local BomGaars I looked at the Danby on display and bought it. I got home plugged it in and within an hour it had taken my garage from 78% to 54% !! The paint projects dried overnight thanks to the Danny. I now have it running inside the house where it easily maintains 50-55% humidity.
I would recommend this to a friend!
