The HP Pavilion works great, but the windows 11 should have never seen the light of day, it is not user friendly, not even close. I had to buy Microsoft 365 and that also should have never seen the light of day. It is just not good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my new HP Pavilion Desktop for a week but I like it so far. It has lots of USB ports which is nice.
Poor design. Gray labelling and small symbols that are unreadable on the keyboard. Embossed symbols painted white to label the power button and slots are useless. The DVD/CD reader is hard to load. The power button is hard to activate because it is recessed and narrow. The fan is loud. Also, the RCA connections on the back are poorly labelled.
Compared to old HP towers, this feels cheap. Plus, the Windows 11 version pre-loaded does not let you do anything unless you have an internet connection. If you are trying to set this up before you have an internet connection, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK. It's a brick.
the sale person this price and i got changed a higher price. also its quality as gone down....you would think the computer would last atleast more than 2years with any problems. I own a business that I use four computer....so I'm very dispointed with HP
