Had initial problems with the wi-fi dropping, called support for help, they were able to download drivers to correct that problem. Now however, the PC does not connect automatically to the wi-fi, I have to go to setting and reinitiate the wi-fi connection. I did not have this problem with my previous HP PC. Having to reestablish the wi-fi connection manually is a bit frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Received a well rated desktop but it would not stay connected to WiFi. Went through all the hoops with support but they were unable to resolve the problem. I have sent it back to support to see if they can repair it there. Support personnel have been nice, just unable to resolve. Makes me uncomfortable about future issues.

In 2015 I switched to HP products for everything. Since then I have purchased four HP products and this bad boy is the fifth. This machine is as advertised and was ready to RockNRoll out of the box no problem. Fast, simple to set up (especially if You have a background with computers), quiet, and comes with a keyboard and a mouse. Do not let the fact that this machine does not have a dedicated video card fool You. This PC will display 4K movies no problem. The only thing this unit is probably not for, are heavy games and heavy 3D design programs. I am very satisfied and will stick with HP for years to come.
p.s. For those who are wondering, the answer is YES, this unit does come with a DVD RW.

I love everything about the desktop that I purchased. The speed, the sleek look, and the functionality. I had owned an All-In-One for about 6 years and decided to go back to the traditional desktop and I'm glad that I made that decision. HP always has affordable and reliable computers. I have only owned HP laptops, desktops, and All-In-One's and I wouldn't buy another brand!
