I bought this computer 2 weeks ago and am very happy with it. The 8th Gen I 7 processor is extremely fast. Set up was easy, but time consuming transferring files. Also default settings directs files to SSD, so you need to change that or you will fill up the SSD drive and reduce its performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My other computer had a corrupt disk and just got very, very slow. I replaced it with the HP TP01-1155t and I love it. I just love the speed and the features and I love the keyboard that comes with it. I also love the fact that it has a CD or DVD which the "all in one" desktops do not seem to have and I love the fact that it has card reader slots for reviewing my wildlife cameras or pictures from other cameras.

It took three hours to set up. Too many gotchas if you don't read everything carefully. Windows 10 has so many features I don't want and will never use. HP could do us a favor and write a simple, secure OS for creative people. HP hardware is great, but it is compromised by glitter.

This computer works fast! It comes up and starts almost immediately. Very impressive. Everything about the operation of the HP Pavilion 1155t has been great. My detractions are that it should have some more USB ports. Yes, it has several, but in this day and time, there should have been about 4 more on the back. The ones in the front are fine, but all essential USB uses, including an external drive, should have enough places to put in the back. The Vertical DVD Drive gets some getting used to. I still prefer the horizonal style. Those are convenience issues and not operational. Operational, it is quite good.
