Bad ziper

We bought 2 of those bags last October and we were really happy of them - at the beginning. Alreday after flying the first time, I could barely open the ziper anymore. After the 2 second flight, it could open it, but it was broken as you can see it on the photo and needed to sew it to reclose it. My huseband starts having the same problem. The size is perfect and easy to handle. Only the ziper…..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HS bags for 17 years and they have held up very well. So after the zipper pulls wore out and not replacable I decided to replace my larger bag similar to this one for my SCUBA gear travels.
So I measured the longest item to pack (my fins) at 26" long they fit nicely as well as the rest of my gear ( minus the regulator, computer, and camera gear).

So excited that it all fit with spare room for my shorty and flip-flops.
With it being shorter and lighter than the previous 38" bag, it will make traveling easier.

Now for the not so great features.
The webbing straps and canvas material are lower grade and not as durable as my last bag. The zippers are not heavy duty either, but we will see how it holds up before I replace my other three gear bags.
