I bought this juicer because of how easy it was supposed to be to use and clean. But the body leaks. And it gets so backed up with pulp that it starts to push its way out of the plastic basin and out the bottom. Celery gets stuck throughout the bottom and clogs the spout causing foam. It’s a mess and not what I thought it would be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It gets the job done, but anyone who has juiced before knows it is a process and I feel like this juicer makes it an even longer process. I've had this juicer for a year and a half and I keep telling myself to push through and keep using it, but after this weekend and having to unclog it 4 times, that was it. I was juicing apples, spinach and ginger. I barely got any pulp coming out! I am now going to be looking for a different juicer unfortunately.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have tried several juice recipes. For me the constant clean up of the machine sometimes during a juicing session was more than I could deal with. I didn’t like the fact that most of the pulp whether it was celery, to pears and apples things kept getting stuck no matter how small I cut it up! I wanted the pulp for smoothies etc. it still makes juice however I spend a lot of time chopping things so small for me it just wasn’t effective for my every day use. If you juice a bunch (head) of celery you have to wait 10 minutes to continue as to not blow out the motor. I know you get foam from juicing however the foam buildup on some fruits was too much for me, and made me wonder if I was really getting the full amount of juice from spinach bc when it would expel it still seems juicy and not as dry when I’ve used my other Omwga juicer. I really wanted to love this juicer but it just didn’t work for me.

I purchased this juicer after using a VRT350 model until it's death. The JC3000 is so small! It is perfect for a child's functional kitchen ir if an individual desires their child to make their own juice while mommy and daddy make theirs. The JC3000 may even be okay for someone new to juicing.
The capacity is not enough to hold a whole recipe of juice! You have to have a very broken process to get a cup/glass of juice. What that looks like is inserting some produce, juice, stop, empty the bowl, and repeat until you get finished and enough juice. I am extremely dissatisfied!
