2 Figures and a small scene

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our nine year old LOVES Lego's. He was very excited to get the Neytiri & Thanator vs AMP Suit Quaritch because he knew it was a two-for-one. Once built, it has two different figures and even a small scene (which has glow in the dark pieces). He worked on this with two of his friends so it didn't take too long, maybe an hour or two. I did notice that it comes with 3 separate direction booklets. Which turned out great because they boys didn't have to use and share one set of directions. They could all follow their own directions at their own pace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great building skills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a huge Avatar fan so he absolutely loved building this set and the thing I love the most about LEGO sets is its a way to get my kids off the electronics and get their minds, hands, and imagination working. My son was so proud when he finished this set and it's absolutely a beautiful detailed design. LEGOs quality and value are the best but building my child's imagination is what I like best.

Fantastic... but

This is a wonderful set, The AMP Suit is Very nice and the Thanator is beautiful. This is a very dynamic playset and most kids will love it. One problem I feel is that some of the plants are flimsy, and the whole forest section is somewhat unnecessary. There was also never a chainsaw in this movie, also the gun that Quaritch had is missing, as well as Jake Sully's avatar. Overall this is a beautiful set and I would definitely recommend it.

Family fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family had fun putting together this set. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are a lot of small pieces; I find it helpful to sort the pieces by color which makes it easier to find the needed pieces for each step.

Very detailed and elaborate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Avatar Lego set has SO much detail! The quality is great, which is expected with LEGO. The designs are very elaborate and detailed, but still manageable by children with use of the instructions. Highly recommend as a gift option!

Excellent Model and Build Experience

As someone who wanted a LEGO set of the AMP Suit since the original Avatar film in '09, this is a dream come true. Great model of both the suit and the Thanator, minifigures are great too. My favorite part was the fact that each build of the set has it's own instructions so that 2-3 people can build the set together. I built it with two friends and I hope LEGO makes more sets that are for group building.

The amp suit isn’t as accurate to the source material as I would like but I will not fault them for not getting it completely accurate otherwise it’s a great set would recommend

I really like the Avatar movies. When Lego put out the Avatar sets, I was hooked. The colors are so bright and I really enjoy putting the sets together.
