First - the pictures of the dark blue and black pieces on the dark gray paper were VERY hard to see. More light gave it glare. REALLY difficult.
Many of the pictures didn't make clear exactly where
something was supposed to go.
Love the look of the finished product. After all the reviews, we're pretty nervous about transforming it. We'll get there - just going to enjoy it as is for a little while.

The legs pop off easily. I wish you could pose the legs and torso differently, you have to keep it in the same position which puts the chest at a weird angle, if you try to adjust it, it'll fall apart at the hip area.

Really, if you can't design something well with lego, then don't. This garbage is so fragile that as long as you touch it, it'll disassemble into pieces. Transform? Are you kidding me? It barely stands as a statue.
