Easy build, lifelike movement and legos that actually transform. Come on. This was a fun build and if anymore come out I will definitely buy them. This is my 4th build and they keep getting better every time.

This build was fun! I enjoyed building this with my wife as we talked about our childhood. Play time with this is limited as I broke off Optimus legs a couple of times and I didn't dare try to do it again. I hope in the future Lego can make it sturdy so I can transform this beautiful Optimus.

Good but missed the mark

The build started good and somewhat enjoyed it. The struggle was when I started playing with the finished build. A few pieces tends to fall off. Either or both legs would fall. Small pieces on the crotch would fall. And most definitely Optimus prime would always break from the hip. I have to be really careful and holding the set a certain way, or else the bottom half would come off 80% of the time. Transforming to the truck and back is somewhat of a struggle since the pieces are not held together well. So I gave up playing with it and just have it on display.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Definitely a unique build because it transforms from standing character into a vehicle so you can play with it as a toy or have it stand as 2 different looks

It is my biggest Optimus Prime, even with their power suits or other attachments. Lots of fun to build, simple but effective transformation. And looks reeeeaaalllyyy goooooood. 11/10

Got this for my husband and he loves it. He has it on his work desk. Now he is excited that the original BumbleBee is coming out. So I’ll be getting that for him 7/1.

I bought this for my boyfriend so he’d have something to do after surgery. It was a relatively quick build (3 hours) and it was decent size as well.

Pros : The build look is AMAZING! I love the idea is great.
Cons : Build is terrible. I had to build it more than 3 times because the waist broke. It’s poorly built in the inside, not stable. The transformation into the truck is sketchy, broke many times while I did that. Ace accessory is hard to put on, head pops of easily. This set does not seem like it was made by Lego. I have had many Lego sets and this is by far the worst build. I tried rebuild it and the waist snapped straight in half. In summary, look is good. Transformation into car sketchy and breaks, and waist is very fragile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
