Fun but could be more inclusive

We love the idea of these calendars and we have alot of fun building these. However for anyone with less than perfect eyes site, its nearly impossible.
Could u include a qr code to get a larger picture on your smart device?

Disappointed but fun

So disappointed that there are no instructions, like every other set, I am building off pictures I found on the website. Daughter loves it and can make believe anything to play with the items, but it is a missed opportunity to teach kids how to build Lego.
I would recommend this to a friend!

That doesn't sound right! There should be pictures of each mini build on the inside of the doors and no step by step instructions are needed. If not, please get in touch with us at LEGO.build/Service-BV so we can take a closer look.

bags don't match the day-slot/instructions

I bought this early thinking I would get it out of the way and not have to scramble or overpay closer to Dec 1....so there were no reviews to reference. Regrets. It's Dec 4, every single bag was in its wrong slot, resulting in no instructions to follow for my daughter. Very disappointed in Lego's lack of QA these days.

That isn't the experience we want for your daughter! Have you checked to see if the inner tray is flipped around? If you open one end of the box, slide out the tray, then flip it around, that will usually fix the issue. You can then retape the box and not tell. We hope this helps!

Instructions don’t match bag

The daily instructions don’t match the bag in the box. Very, very frustrating and disappointing for my daughter. Where is the quality control!!

Oh no! That isn’t the experience we want for our LEGO fans. It may be the inner tray is ‘flipped’. If you open the end of the box, slide out the tray that will usually fix the issue! (You can retape the box and not tell.) We hope this helps - and if not, please reach out LEGO.build/Service-BV.

2022 Friends Advent calendar

We started our calendar only to find no instructions. The website does not have building instructions we can download. So we are using the item images from the website. This is killing the daily surprise.
