error in the manual leads to disappointment

very eager to build this Ferrari, however, the mistakes in the manual completely destroyed my build experience. After spending HOURS just to realize something was wrong in the manual at the beginning. Taking everything apart was such a pain. decided to just return the product. They increasing the price but dropping the quality

Frustrating and Disappointing

I’ve been building adult sets for years - this is not Lego’s best moment - I found at least 6 errors in the articles of instruction- along with 3 very misguided or inaccurate connections of assembled bodies - and then in stage 7 - the dreaded missing piece - I believe the creator of this set is not worthy of Lego - I did not enjoy this build at all - it was frustrating and ultimately disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First and Last Technic Build, Super Disappointed

This is my first and last Technic set. Maybe my expectation was too high because of the marketing! The body of the car looks like a cheap, muted red color that does not make you think of Ferrari at all. As for the building experience, it was quite boring for me as I found myself connecting tiny pipes/connectors for hours while not really knowing what I was building. It would have been more fun if the instruction booklet gives a non-technical person like me some idea on what I was building to make the build experience more interesting.

Purchased this beautiful set. Impressed by the packaging. Was really looking forward to starting the build. Imagine opening the first four bags, spreading everything out and ready to get started only to have the first 2 blocks needed to start the build missing! Requested replacements today but I guess I'll just wait a week with these blocks sitting on my desk before I can start this. Painfully disappointed in this.

Was the worse build ever...
Terrible instructions... Missing parts. Worst of all was that the blocks didn’t snap in correctly…You need crazy glue all over place, because if you just touch the car the wrong way, blocks and parts just pop off, resulting in hours of rebuilding and repair.
Very frustrating and not at all happy with this product…

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. You definitely shouldn't have to use glue on any of our sets! You’ll want to make sure that each part is in the exact position shown in the instructions and that everything’s pressed together tightly (except the gears, which need some extra room to turn).
