I have only started using the laptop while I transfer from my old Laptop, also an HP. The other laptop had slowed down dramatically,so this one makes a big difference. I am not sure if the old one slowed down because of the AMD processor because it was really not carrying too many programs. This one also has an AMD processor and hopefully it wont slow down also.

I bought a laptop for my wife's birthday, when we open the parcel and turned it on it seems that it was a problem with the screen, wife was very unhappy :(

Hi Guys, I got mine about 4 weeks ago and it took me a few go's to get everything sorted out and in the order I like, just personal things, I've still not been able to get the task bar bigger as its a bit smaller than I would like to see it but that's a windows 11 thing the laptop is very fast and the 17inch screen is much better than my old laptop very clear ips,

I bought this a month ago go and I am disappointed with it. It prints sometimes & not others. It prints random pages and leaves pages out. I was offered 3 months free ink but have been paying for ink on my old printer so not benefiting from this promotion 😡
