I BOUGHT HP BECAUSE IVE HAD THEM BEFORE & IVE ALWAYS HAD NO BOTHER WITH THEM.SO THIS NEW ONE LOOKS GOOD PICTURE PERFECT & IT GETS ME EVERYWHERE I WANT TO BE WITH IT I DONT KNOW A LOT ABOUT COMPUTERS ETC INFACT VERY LITTLE BUT IM 73 & VERY DISABLED & THIS WORKS FOR ME FINE.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it did not disappoint it replaced my old HP laptop which was still working but a lot slower because of age also I could not download Windows 11 on it it was not compatible. I would always recommend HP Goods they are reliable

I received the laptop as a birthday present, replacing my HP Pavilion laptop, which was on its last legs. The speed on loading is brilliant. Navigating the various apps/menus on Windows 11 can be a bit daunting, but perseverance is the answer. I find that the only downside, so far, is that the Windows menu cannot be increased in size.

I bought this product recently and I am still getting used to the layout, which is quite different from my previous laptop. It is a lot speedier too and very sensitive to the touch. It will take me a bit time to get used to it but so far I like it.
