Having purchased “ off the shelf” computers in the past I was delighted to have a laptop with my specifications. It’s now has top of the line speed and processing capabilities that hadn’t been available in the off the shelf x stores at a highly competitive price I buy a new computer every 4 years and have had 4 HP computers in the past and always to be them at a great value and most reliable.

The pre-installed Express VPN application that opens during setup does not work. I received an internal error when attempting to run the application. Also, my keyboard key strokes are very rapid. If I just tap a key, multiple characters appear.
